4th week

Met alle oren en ogen volledig open, de tanden en kiezen door en steeds betere balans en coordinatie, konden de pups hun wereld steeds verder uitbreiden. Ze hebben hun eerste vaste maaltijden gehad (Farmfood vlees met wat puppymelk) en dat werd met veel smaak naar binnen gewerkt. Ondertussen zitten ze al op 3 maaltijden per dag. Hierdoor gaat de groei ook razendsnel en vaak met meer dan 100 gram per dag per pup! De puppyren is nu standaard speelplaats en ook slapen de pups er graag, omdat de ondergrond koeler is dan in de werpkist. Daarnaast zijn ze ook meerdere malen de tuin in geweest. Ze spelen onderling naar hartelust, hebben de speeltjes nu echt ontdekt en spelen ook af en toe met Summer en Dazzle, en ook al is het verschil in grootte soms nog wat lastig, lost Dazzle dat op door op haar rug te gaan liggen. Ook hebben ze een aantal andere honden ontmoet en weer een flink aantal bezoekers. De pups vinden het schitterend en vinden zowel knuffelen als spelen geweldig.

Ook hebben ze natuurlijk op de dag dat ze 4 weken oud werden hun tweede ontworming gekregen. Het werd nog steeds niet gewaardeerd, maar daarom is het niet minder nuttig!

With all ears and eyes fully open, teeth and incisors present and a improvingly better balance and coordination, the pups could enlarge their world even further. They have had their first solid meals (Farmfood meat and puppy milk) and that was immediately eaten with enthusiasm! At the moment, they get 3 meals a day already. Therefore, the growth rate is increased and regularly the pups grow with more than 100 grams per day! The puppy ren is the mostly used play area now and the pups like to sleep there too, since the surface is cooler than in the whelping box. They also have been several times in the garden. They play a lot with each other, really discovered all the toys now, play sometimes with Summer or Dazzle, and although the size difference can be a little difficult, Dazzle solves that by rolling onto her back. They also have met several other dogs and a lot of new visitors. The pups love it and either cuddling or playing is great!

Furthermore, the pups got their second deworming when they were exactly 4 weeks old. They still didn't like it, but very useful anyway.
